James Bond Theme Party – Bronze Package
Recommended for up to 100 guests
Price: From £1695+VAT
What does this package include?
- Setting up the scene with a 6 metre backdrop and 6 X panels featuring well known Bond characters, including the many faces of 007, Bond cars and 3D Bond models
- Decorating 10 dinner tables. Giant Martini glasses (50 cm tall) are used for centrepieces.
- Enhancing the atmosphere with up-lighting for the props and a starlight cloth
- An action game for the guests – choose between:
- Option 1: A shooting simulator
- Option 2: A Blackjack casino table with fun money; a croupier will be available throughout the party.
James Bond Theme Party- Silver Package
Recommended for up to 200 guests
Price: From £2,950 +VAT
Includes everything in the Bronze package plus:
- Extend the party area by adding one extra 6 metre backdrop and 3 life size image panels
- Enhanced lighting effects, with a full intelligent lighting rig
- Setting up a Bond themed disco
- Decorating 10 extra dinner tables
- More entertainment for your guests – choose one of the following two:
- Option 1: Enhance the casino feature by adding a Roulette table
- Option 2: Include a shooting simulator
James Bond Theme Party- Gold Package
Recommended for up to 500 guests (Ask us to tailor your package if you have a larger number of guests.)
Price: From £4950 +VAT
Includes everything in the Silver Package plus:
- Enhanced Bond themed disco, with rear projection screens featuring 007 footage and video mixing
A more impressive welcome for your guests, with a red carpet entrance and VIP posts and rope- Decorating 30 more dinner tables
- Yet more lighting features, with wash lighting around the room and a 007 Gobo light (“007” will spin around the room)
- An extra casino table with fun money, to accommodate larger number of guests
- More entertainment for the guests – choose between
- Option 1: A Batak Wall
- Option 2: A themed 007 photo booth
- Champagne prize for the fun casino
Customize Your James Bond Theme Party Package
Any of the following can be added to either of the standard packages:
- Increase the number of themed props and expand the party area to accommodate larger numbers of guests. A real Aston Martin can be brought in, which will also create picture opportunities
- Add extra lighting effects to fit the size and layout of your venue
- Select from a wide range of performers: live musicians, dancers, bond girls, close up magicians, lookalike Bond characters to meet and greet the guests
- Include more games e.g Giant Scalextric. racing car game (Anki Overdrive) Cash Grabber
- Give your guests the full celebrity treatment with fake paparazzi
- Offer more treats to your guests: vodka luge, cocktail bar or champagne tower
- Set up a stylish black and white dance floor for your disco, or have a video disco (projecting scenes from Bond movies)
Standard features
The following are included as standard in all Ace Tones party packages:
- Liaising with your venue and managing the setup of your party
- At least one of Ace Tones event team will be available for the whole duration of your party to supervise the lighting, equipment etc.
- Health and safety provision
Practicalities
We use the latest technology, remote controlled battery uplighters (not tied to sockets, therefore no hazard of tripping over cables). All our lights are LED – they do not get hot, so they are safe to touch.
All our backdrops and panels are freestanding – there is no risk of damage to walls at venues.
