Setting up the Scene for a Hawaiian Theme Party
To create the decor for your luau, we will combine tropical scenery backdrops and Hawaiian themed props. A generous layer of sand can be a feature too, if the venue permits.
- 6 metre beach scenes and tropical sunset backdrops are combined with scenic gauze to create a sense of perspective. Replica marine life, tiki statues, surfboards and palm tree props complete the decor.
- Ripple lights can be used to create the delicate effect of moving water.
- Tropical flower garlands (leis) are provided for all the guests.
- Colourful cocktails are served at the thatched beach bar.
- Eating under a tent is customary. If your luau is held outdoors, Hawaiian themed tents can be erected.

Liven up your luau with fun activities and entertainment acts. Here are a few that fit particularly well with the Hawaiian theme:

The following are included as standard in all Ace Tones party packages:
- Liaising with your venue and managing the setup of your party
- At least one of Ace Tones event team will be available for the whole duration of your party to supervise the lighting, equipment etc.

Practicalities
We use the latest technology, remote controlled battery uplighters (not tied to sockets, therefore no hazard of tripping over cables). All our lights are LED – they do not get hot, so they are safe to touch
All our backdrops and panels are freestanding – there is no risk of damage to walls at venues.
