Setting up the Scene for Your Corporate Casino Night
Ace Tones will decorate your venue with casino and Las Vegas themed backdrops (6 metre wide), posters, banners and props. We will also install starlight cloths and special lighting effects to create a glamorous casino night setting.
If your party includes a formal dinner, we will decorate the dinner table with ostrich feathers and champagne bottle centrepieces.
Corporate Casino Night Games and Entertainment
Choose all or any of the following options:
- Meet and greet characters (e.g. celebrity lookalikes) could welcome your guests as they arrive at the party. They can also stay on and liven up the atmosphere throughout the evening.
- Casino games (Roulette and Blackjack) are the central attraction of the casino night party. Experienced uniformed croupiers will be on site throughout the evening to lead the games and explain the rules of play to your guests.
- The guests can (or at least can try to!) grab fun money from a money blowing machine in order to boost their budget for purchasing more casino chips.
- Those who wish to take a break from Roulette and Blackjack will be welcome to try their luck at the slot machines. Or get a spin on the Human Roulette game.
- We can set up a disco, including PA system and professional DJ. You can also ask for a stylish black and white dance floor and special disco lighting effects.
- A selfie pod or photo booth with themed backdrops and props could help transport your guests into the word of the super-rich.
How to Turn Your Casino Theme Party into a Fundraising Event
The guests could buy their chips for their casino games, as they would do in a real casino. The funds thus collected can be donated to charity. Or, if you have sponsors for your event, your guests can be given a predetermined amount of fun money for buying their chips at the start of the party. At the end of it, the sponsors could exchange the winnings for real money, which will be offered as a charity donation.
